Data collection

Comment submissions collect your name, email address, comment body, and your IP address. IP addresses are recorded for abuse prevention and moderation workflows.

Newsletter subscriptions collect your email address, consent timestamp, confirmation timestamp, and subscription status metadata.

Data retention

Comments submitted for moderation may be retained indefinitely to preserve moderation history and anti-abuse records. Newsletter subscriber records are retained until unsubscribe is requested or a deletion request is completed.

Third-party processing

Resend is used as an email delivery provider for confirmation, welcome, moderation, and unsubscribe transactional messages. Resend processes message routing data necessary to deliver those emails.

Your rights

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request comment deletion or broader data deletion by contacting the site owner.
